Do you deliver?

Yes, local delivery is free. There’s a flat rate delivery to surrounding areas, and Australia wide delivery available upon request. 

How do you ship?

We deliver our products using preferred freight companies and local couriers. We have in house drivers for selected areas and small loads only. In house delivers are scheduled for AM drop offs only

How much is delivery?

Prices will depend on the size of delivery as advised by the freight or courier companies to Air2You. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional $50 for re-directed deliveries and waiting times. Requesting for changes on delivery address after the system has been dispatched will also incur additional charges. 

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we will work with you to arrange for a delivery date that is convenient for you.

How long should I wait for my order?

Estimated delivery time frame is 3-5 days, depending on stock availability. Our in-house delivers are scheduled for morning drop-offs only

Can a delivery be left at my door?

Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. All goods should be inspected for any damage before signing to accept delivery. Signing of any in house paperwork or that provided by the freight or courier company acknowledges that you have received goods in good order.

Please also note that we deliver door to door only. Drivers are not permitted into or at the back of premises.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

No, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Do you offer installation services?

Air2You is a Supply only wholesaler, but we are more than happy to provide reputable names and numbers of those we recommend and will work with them in terms of the install.

Do you provide discounts if I buy more products?

Yes, we offer a bulk buy discount. If you buy 3 or more, all units are at a discounted rate.

What brands do you sell?

Our main sellers are Daikin, Rinnai, Braemar, Mitsubishi and LG, though you can ask us if there is a certain brand you are after and we will let you know what we can do for you.

Do you have available stocks?

We carry lots of stocks in our warehouse. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we can generally get the system here the next day if ordered before 12 o’clock.

How do you offer better pricing?

We have great buying power and purchase units in large volumes, therefore are able to acquire discounts.

Do you allow special orders?

Yes, we allow special orders or stock items that are not part of our regular stock holdings. But a restocking fee applies for return of special orders. The fee is charged to Air2You by the supplier of the equipment and passed on to the customer at that rate.

If the items are in transit by supplier or have arrived at our warehouse and you change your mind, a restocking fee will still apply.

Where is your store located?

Our office is located at Tweed Heads South.

Do all products come with warranty?

Yes, all our leading brands come with 5-year Manufacturer’s Warranty – Parts and Labour. We make sure to only supply brands from reputable manufacturers. We can also recommend warranty agents should you require assistance after installation.

We suggest that you choose a qualified installer to carry out the job. If you have a warranty agent attend after installation and the product is found not to be faulty as it is an install issue, you may be charged. You will need to contact your installer to recover the cost.

What should I do if I encounter a faulty product?

If you have a faulty product, call us and we will send out a qualified technician to help you.

Can I cancel my order/s if it has not been shipped yet?

Yes, orders that have not been shipped yet can be cancelled. But please note that cancelled orders will incur an administration fee of $20.

Cancellation of specials orders where stock is in transit by supplier or has arrived in our warehouse will incur a restocking fee as determined by our suppliers.

Can I return a product that I used already but realised is not the right product for me?

Unfortunately, you cannot return a product that has been opened and used.
